Vin Diesel's camp is asking a Los Angeles judge to dismiss a sexual battery lawsuit against him filed by his former assistant, Asta Jonasson.

Diesel's camp filed the legal documents earlier this week, asking the court to throw away a lawsuit claiming he molested Jonasson and instead ask her to pay for the actor's legal fees.

In the case filed last December, the former assistant claimed the "Fast and Furious" actor forced her into bed, groped her breasts, made her touch his erect privates and masturbated in front of her at a hotel in Atlanta in 2010 while she worked as his assistant.

Diesel's lawyer has also denied the allegations in December. In a statement, Bryan Freedman said, "Vin Diesel categorically denies this claim in its entirety."

"This is the first he has ever heard about this more than 13-year-old claim made by a purportedly nine-day employee. There is clear evidence which completely refutes these outlandish allegations," he added.

Aside from sexual battery, Jonasson also sued the 56-year-old actor for discrimination based on sex/ gender, intentional infliction of emotional distress, wrongful termination and retaliation, the New York Post reported.

Diesel's move comes on the same week accusations of sexual assault and sex trafficking against rapper and producer Sean "Diddy" Combs intensified.

On Monday, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) raided the mansions of Diddy in Los Angeles and Miami in connection with a sex trafficking case filed against him.

The raid led to revelations from multiple acquaintances and former co-workers of Diddy about his questionable behavior.

A resurfaced 2016 interview with Howard Stern also showed Grammy-winner Usher talking about his time at the artist's home when he was 14.

"I got a chance to see some things ... I don't know if I could indulge and even understand what I was looking at," the now 45-year-old artist told Stern.
