Mariska Hargitay Says New 'SVU' Episode Is Important To Her

Episode 9 was unlike any other because the New York detectives in the special victims unit had to go on a manhunt to capture a serial rapist who was tied to crimes committed in Atlanta, Detective Rollins' old stomping grounds.

The new sneak peek revealed that Rollins's former captain, Patton, is on trial for an alleged rape, and Rollins may be the only person to help get the truth.

Rollin's struggles to admit that she to was rapped by Patton, and it looks like the drama on the show is getting ready to explode.

Executive producer Warren Leight shared one page of the new script, and it quickly becomes apparent that this is not the episode fans want to miss.
