Some of the cast members from the new season of Degrassi revealed fun facts about their characters.

In videos posted on Monday, the actors gave small teases on what's to come when the series premieres its new season on Netflix. Ana Golja, who plays, Zoe, said that she's the girl with a "secret," giving insight to what's actually going to be exposed.

Then there's Richard Walters who plays Tiny Bell- the one who will be "making up for his past."

Next is Amanda Acruri who plays Lola. While this girl might give off a certain vibe, it turns out she's "smarter than she looks."

As for storylines that can be expected, the series will delve into all the horrible and exciting times of being a teenager- friendship, betrayal, romance, break-ups, sickness and everything else in between. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, franchise creator Linda Schuyler released some details on what fans will see.

"At its core, it's the teenage experience of the 1980s and 1990s, and then the millennials, and now we're talking to Generation Z," Schuyler revealed. "There's so much common experience that all teenagers go through, that's the familiar side of Degrassi."

The producer added that the series will revolve around social media, something the parents won't be able to understand the way the teens do.
