The drama between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's divorce and custody battle continues. But both parties have come to terms for the mean time as they reach a temporary agreement.

According to New Zealand Herald, with the help of the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, Pitt and Jolie were able to reach a temporary custody deal. This agreement involves Jolie getting physical custody of all of their children. Pitt will also be having visitation rights, and these visits may or may not be monitored. Pitt also volunteered to get a random drug testing and their family will also undergo counseling.

A source revealed to Daily Mail that the temporary agreement will last until Oct. 20. The source explained that neither Pitt nor Jolie is forced to get individual counseling, however, both parties agreed to do so for the sake of their children. Pitt and Jolie decided to reach this temporary agreement for the benefit of their children.

Meanwhile, Inquisitr reported that among their children, their daughter Shiloh is affected the most. An insider revealed to Hollywood Life that Shiloh is a daddy's girl, and it is difficult for her to be away from her father. The source also said that the 10-year-old asked her mother to be reunited with Pitt. Jolie is said to be trying her best to explain the situation to their six children.

Numerous reports reveal that Pitt is also not doing well himself. A source told US Magazine that Pitt has been caught off guard of the events and he is a mess. He is also isn't worried about his reputation after being named a "bad father," and he only cares about his relationship with his children.

Jolie filed for divorce last September 19 after being together for 12 years and married with Pitt for 2 years.
