While the release date of Eminem's upcoming album remains unknown, the rapper has been photographed in the studio yet again.

His good friend and producer, Mr. Porter, posted a photo Wednesday on his Twitter page where he's seen with Eminem, Royce da 5'9 and the Black Hippy crew. The Black Hippy crew, which includes rappers Kendrick Lamar, Schoolboy Q, Ab-Soul, and Jay Rock, visited Eminem while stopping in Michigan as part of the Good Kid, m.A.A.d City Tour. The photo was taken inside of Eminem's Detroit studio, according to MTV.com.

Lamar, 25, also posted his own photo the same day on his Facebook fan page, where he's seen throwing up a peace sign with the 40-year-old rapper.

The former said fans can "definitely expect a record" from the two rappers, in a 2012 interview with Montreality.com. In May, Eminem was also snapped in the studio with Big Sean and with comedian Chris Rock.

Eminem has yet to reveal much information regarding his upcoming eighth studio album, the follow-up to his successful 2013 record, Recovery.

Rumors circulated hinting at his collaborations with Olly Murs and Skylar Grey, as written Tuesday on the Shady Records Promotions Facebook fan page. The rumor regarding Murs might have stemmed from his recent interview with 4Music, where the English singer and song-writer said he's been inspired by Eminem for his own music.

"I always remembered the idea of Marshall Mathers and Eminem when he did Stan," Murs told the website, in a report published on Sunday. "That was one of the ideas we had for this song."

A collaboration with Grey could be more likely since Eminem is the executive producer of her debut album titled Don't Look Down, expected for a July 9 release.

On June 1, Shady Records Promotions wrote on Facebook that fans should expect a new single from Eminem in July.
