John Mulaney had some guests with him this weekend as he joined the Five-Timers' Club on SNL - the club for people who have hosted the famed comedy special five times or more. The club already contains such illustrious members as Steve Martin, Paul Rudd, and Tina Fey, all of whom - and more - made guest appearances with him on the show.

Those weren't the only guests on the set at this weekend's Saturday Night Live - backstage, Mulaney also had his own crew, namely his girlfriend, Olivia Munn, and their twelve-week-old baby Malcolm.

Malcolm even appeared in one of the show's cut photos - pictures of the hosts they put on the screen as they come back from commercial - which Munn was kind enough to powt on her instagram. Even a little washed out, it's such a sweet photo:

It was a cold one out this weekend, of course, so everyone was bundled up - in another photo Munn posted, you can see her sporting matching coats with her baby boy. (When she posted this pic to her story, she captioned it, "He's got daddy's face and mama's coat."

But neither of these are the "favorite photo" we mentioned. Munn posted an update to her story last night notifying her followers that her most recent post is "MY FAVORITE PHOTO -" and look at it, of course it is.

Malcolm also featured in his dad's hilarious opening monologue, in which the comedian described the moment he first felt bonded to his bundle of joy:

"My girlfriend gives birth to him. And he's crying a little. And they bring him over to this warmer. And they put him under this warmer, under this really bright light that's shining in his face. And Malcolm, he's laying there, and this light is right in his eyes. And he doesn't cry or do anything, he just looks and he was annoyed, but he didn't say anything, and I was like, 'That's my son. A polite man in an uncomfortable situation, but he's not going to make a fuss.'"

And we all love you for it, John.

If you want to see more John Mulaney, tickets for his stand-up tour, From Scratch, are on sale now, with new dates just added last week. Watch the rest of his opening monologue below:
