High School SPOOK-ical? HSM Alum Vanessa Hudgens Says She Can Talk to Spirits!

Vanessa Hudgens says she can talk to spirits.

The Tick, Tick...Boom! star recently shared in an interview on The Kelly Clarkson Show that she has always had the power to talk to spirits. According to Hudgens, these connections with the beyond are not random occurrences. She shared that she has had a lot of interactions with spirits since she was a child. Rather than fighting these happenings, she elected, at a young age, to welcome them into her life and explore them more deeply.

According to an article on People, the High School Musical alum has been interacting with the afterlife since she was eight years old. She shared to the former American Idol star:

"I remember getting ready for school when I was 8 years old, and there was ... You know those ducks [toys] that you pull [the string]? There was one of those on the dining room table, and I started walking, and it just started going alongside me...I kind of shut it down for a while because it's scary...The unknown is scary. But recently I was like, 'No, this is a gift and something that I have the ability to do, so I'm going to lean into it.' "

She has started using tools in order to better tap into the gift that she has. Hudgens explained to Clarkson that she uses a spirit box in order to amplify and clarify the connection to the other world. The musically talented medium shared, ""Something about the electricity that it creates allows spirits to speak through it."
