Billy Eichner and Nicholas Stoller's new LGBTQ+ comedy Bros, which is being produced by the ever incredible Judd Apatow, has set its world premiere date, and it is ready to make history.

Billy Eichner has been making us laugh for years. Whether it be from his time on the hit sit-com Parks and Recreation or his knee-slapping interviews on his show Billy on the Street, Eichner's name has been steady in the world of comedy for years.

Nicholas Stoller has also established an incredibly significant foothold in the world of comedy. He has written and produced films and television shows including Goosebumps, Friends from College, and Get Him to the Greek.

Now, the two are taking comedy and making history.

Eichner and Stoller co-wrote the film Bros. The story follows the burgeoning love story of two gay men, who are played by Eichner and Luke Macfarlane, who seem to, regardless of their own hectic lives, find themselves pulled towards each other.

Bros is the first major studio film that has an all openly LGBTQ+ principal cast; All heterosexual roles in the film are also being played by members of the LGBTQ+ community.

This historic film will be released by Universal on September 30th. Prior to that date, it will premiere at the Toronto Film Festival. The festival runs from September 8th until September 18th.

Congratulations to Billy Eichner, Nicholas Stoller, and everyone involved in the production. We can't wait to see this comedy when it hits the big screen.
