Several royal staff were sickened by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's work habits.

A new royal book's author claims that staff members were shaken by anxiety before their encounterswith the Duchess of Sussex.

"Good Morning Britain" featured Valentine Low promoting his latest book, "Courtiers: The Hidden Power Behind the Crown."

According to rumors, the Duke of Sussex was depressed at the time and was infatuated with the media.

He was "paranoid," and to see if the staff was still "fighting for him," he would conduct "loyalty tests" on them.

The palace personnel who worked with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle while they were senior members of the royal family created a group dubbed the "Sussex Survivors Club," according to The Times royal correspondent in the ITV program.

He answered yes when anchor Susanna Reid questioned whether the employees had founded the aforementioned group. When asked what the squad "survived," Valentine replied that for some of them, it was a difficult experience.

He stated that there were claims made against the former "Suits" actress last year, and former employees told the author that they were "totally decimated" as a result.

"I've heard people at the time, faced with a possible encounter with Meghan, were saying things like 'I feel sick' or 'I'm shaking' - extraordinary things for an employee to say about the prospect of seeing their employer in half-an-hour."

Valentine said that there was a chance that the personnel had contributed to Megxitin January 2020 in some fashion.

Ones close to the couple were claimed to be doing their best; these were the people who supported and believed in the Sussexes.

However, there were early indications that they were both dissatisfied throughout the first year of their marriage.

Unluckily, no one was able to take any action.

"No one picked it up, no one flagged it up and there were no big discussions with the most senior courtiers in the institution."

Valentine concluded that despite this, he doesn't think it would have mattered because there was no common ground between what Prince Harry and Meghan Markle want and what Queen Elizabeth II and the royal family could provide.

Archie Harrison and Lilibet Diana, along with Meghan Markle's parents, have been living in the US since March 2020. They take on a number of activities unrelated to The Firm and have even closed agreements worth millions of dollars merely by virtue of their status as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
