Bianca Censori Fully Clothed While Out With Kim Kardashian, Kanye West's Daughter North

Bianca Censori made a noticeable shift in her wardrobe on her recent outing with Kanye West and his daughter, North West.

Censori and Kanye stepped out Saturday for dinner at Nobu in Beverly Hills, California. The couple was accompanied by Kanye and Kim Kardashian's eldest child, North West, 10.

The Yeezy architect, who frequently turned heads due to her racy outfits, was fully clothed during the sighting. Censori, 29, wore an oversized thick beige coat, a pair of black leggings and towering heels. She also styled her hair in her signature slicked-back hairstyle, Page Six reported.

West, 46, wore his usual all-black outfit -- a hoodie, pants, boots and Nike gloves. The "Gold Digger" rapper also wore sunglasses. On the other hand, Kardashian's daughter opted for a Raiders jersey, black pants and shoes.

Censori's conservative look came after a report claimed that the "Kardashians" star allegedly asked her ex-husband to tell his wife to cover up around their children. West and Kardashian share four kids -- Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, Psalm, 4, and North.

"Kim instructed Kanye to never let Bianca dress like that around their kids," an unnamed source told Daily Mail. "She is truly surprised that Kanye would let his wife leave the house like that."

There is no bad blood between Kardashian and Censori. The two women were even seen together at West's "Vultures" Listening Party at San Francisco's Chase Center earlier this month.

There were also clips on social media where they were seen greeting and hugging each other. Kardashian and West's four children were present at the event.

Censori opted for a pink low-cut top and white leggings with kitten heels. Meanwhile, the 43-year-old reality star rocked an oversized black coat.

From time to time, Censori returns to wearing risque outings in her public sightings with West. Last week, she was seen braless in her beige tube and exposed her butt cheek in neon green nylon tights when she and West visited The Cheesecake Factory.

Censori's dad, Leo Censori, was reportedly not pleased with her wardrobe after she married the Grammy winner. Leo reportedly summoned West to Australia to discuss his daughter's provocative outfits.

"Kanye has been invited to go to Australia, and Bianca is hesitant to allow this to happen because she knows how her father will react," the anonymous tipster told Daily Mail. "Her dad still plans to have a sit down with Kanye, and Leo will not be intimidated by Kanye's power or control. No one is expecting this to be all rainbows and family portraits."
