Prince Harry could reunite with his father King Charles III when he flies to London next week, but a meeting with Prince William may not be in the cards.

The Telegraph reported that if King Charles' schedule permits, the Duke of Sussex hopes to visit his dad and see him face-to-face again, two months after the King announced his cancer diagnosis.

But unnamed sources told the outlet that King Charles -- who is juggling royal duties with his cancer treatment -- will be "quite busy" next week.

Due to this, even if his schedule does allow him to meet up with his younger son, the meeting is expected to be brief, according to the outlet.

King Charles is scheduled to meet with U.K. Prime Minister Rishi Sunak as well as attend several engagements and appointments next week, the report said.

If given the green light by doctors, the monarch may also make an appearance at the first Buckingham Palace garden party of the season.

But The Telegraph reported that if he is able to, King Charles will make time to meet with Prince Harry when he is in town.

The Duke of Sussex will be in London to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games at St. Paul's Cathedral on May 8.

But while a visit with his father remains possible, Prince Harry is not expected to see his older brother, Prince William.

Prince William -- who has ramped up royal duties as his father and his wife Kate Middleton both undergo cancer treatment -- has a busy schedule for next week.

The Prince of Wales has several royal engagements lined up and may conduct an investiture on May 8.

Some royal experts and pundits had hoped that Prince Harry's upcoming return to the U.K. would give the brothers an opportunity to start repairing their relationship, which reportedly remains strained four years after the Duke of Sussex's royal departure.

King Charles' former butler Grant Harrold suggested to Sky News Australia earlier this month that the monarch could play "peacemaker" for his sons and invite them both for a dinner or a reception, depending on their schedules.

"It is very likely that Harry and William will see each other next month and anything is possible," Harrold speculated. "The King will want the brothers to patch things up."

In February, Prince Harry flew to London to see his dad after Buckingham Palace went public with the news that King Charles was diagnosed with cancer and had begun undergoing treatment.

The father and son's meeting at Clarence House was brief, and Prince Harry returned to the U.S. just a day after arriving in London.

At the time, an unnamed royal insider told People that Prince Harry and Prince William had "no plans" to meet.

But the Telegraph suggested that Prince Harry could stay longer in his home country this time around.

According to the outlet, the Duke of Sussex may meet with charities he supports and pal Johnny Mercer, who is leading the U.K.'s bid to host the 2027 Invictus Games.
