Celine Dion is making her much-awaited comeback on the stage more than a year after revealing her battle with Stiff Person Syndrome.

The 56-year-old star will be performing at the 2024 Olympics Opening Ceremony on Friday in Paris, France. TMZ sources revealed the singer is already in the city preparing for her big return to live performing two years after canceling her North American tour due to her health.

The "All by Myself" singer will also be filling up her bank from the performance, as TMZ reports she's being paid $2 million for one song.

Enstarz could not independently confirm the accuracy of this claim.

In December 2022, Dion announced that she was diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome, a rare neurological disorder.

In an emotional Instagram video, the "Love Again" actress shared that her sickness has affected her vocal cords, "not allowing" her to sing.

According to Johns Hopkins Medicine, the autoimmune disorder causes muscle stiffness and painful spasms that can worsen over time.

"Some people experience other symptoms such as an unsteady gait, double vision or slurred speech ... Spasms can also affect the abdomen, and less often the upper trunk, arms, neck and face," Hopkins Medicine explained.

It's still unknown which song Dion will perform, but fans are eager to see her back on stage, especially after watching her struggles with SPS.

In June, the multi-awarded artist released the documentary, "I Am: Celine Dion," chronicling her struggles with the illness.

Clips from the movie showing her suffering from spasm attacks have also been shared on social media, triggering an outpour of support from fans.
