Michael Girgenti -- the man who claimed to be the biological father of Kourtney Kardashian's son Mason Disick-- recenlty found out that he failed a lie detector test about his claims before a live studio audience.

Girgenti requested to take a lie detector test after the results for the child's paternity test confirmed that Kardashian's long-term boyfriend. Scott Disick, is the child's biological father. The male model took the test for the The Trisha Goddard Show. After being questioned intensely about his alleged sexual tryst with the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, a man came out to deliver the results to Girgenti on stage before a live studio audience.

"Michael, we asked you, are you telling the truth about having sexual intercourse with Kourtney. You said 'yes,' " a man told Girgenti. "The polygraph determined that Michael was not being truthful."

The gentleman then announced that the results of the lie detector test revealed that he never had sex with Kardashian.

Mason Paternity Test Results Revealed 

Kardashian announced Mason's paternity test results in a statement to E! News on Aug. 15.

"After three-and-a-half years of rumors and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason's father," it read. "While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies--especially when the truth was never in doubt--this story must be put to rest."

Girgenti said on Aug. 16 that he believes the paternity test "could have been fixed." A rep for Girgenti told Radar Online the male model does not "trust the results and believe it could have been fixed." The spokesperson said they intend to dispute Kardashian's announcement that Scott is Mason's father. Girgenti is "going to court to fight for court ordered results," said the rep.

Girgenti told InTouch Weekly in March that he slept with Kardashian in March 2009, which was nine months before she gave birth to Mason on Dec. 14. He said they met after they posed together for 944 magazine in August 2008.

Girgenti later told Star magazine that because Kardashian was "a wonderful lover and very beautiful," he was too caught up in their alleged intimate moment to suggest they use protection.
