Julianne Hough showed her unconditional love for boyfriend Ryan Seacrest on Twitter this week.

Hough said she was proud of her beau who hosted American Idol despite being seriously ill.

"I am so proud and inspired by my man Ryan Seacrest. Nothing can and ever will stop you from delivering the very best. Even at your weakest!" she wrote on Twitter this Wednesday.

The Idol host nearly didn't make it to the show that night because he reportedy had a stomach bug.

The singer, dancer and actress showed off her support by being with Seacrest backstage.
