Tim McGraw Faith Hill Divorce Rumors: Country Star's Explanation Of 'Southern Girl' Song Indicates No Trouble In Paradise?
Amidst month's of speculation, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have been aggressively denying rumors of cheating and divorce. Even so, the gossip still persists.
Rumblings of marital problems started again when McGraw recently showed up to the iHeartRadio Music Festival without his wedding ring.
"Faith is heartbroken that her family is falling apart, and she was just blown away that Tim would take his ring off. It was a declaration of war on Faith. He stared straight at the cameras and didn't bother to hide the fact that his wedding band was off," a source told National Enquirer.
With the couple making a return on Friday to the Venetian in Las Vegas for 10 more weekends of their Soul2Soul show, the couple appears to be very united.
McGraw recently talked to GACTV.com about his latest single, Southern Girl.
"Southern Girl is a song that reminds me, every time I sing it, of the lifestyle that I lived growing up and the things that we used to do growing up," he said. "Just a visual of my high school and college days in Louisiana."
Although McGraw didn't specifically address the state of his marriage to Hill, there currently doesn't seem to be trouble in paradise.
"Since I married a Southern girl and am raising Southern girls, it certainly fits my life perfectly," he added.
The country-singing duo has been married since 1996. Their first Soul2Soul Tour in 2000 grossed nearly $50 million and was witnessed by close to 950,000 people. McGraw and Hill's Soul2Soul II Tour grossed almost $89 million in 2006. Tim says they've altered the performance for the shows current run, but he won't disclose what's new.
