In the upcoming episode of Season 5 of The Good Wife, Jason O'Mara guest stars as Colin, who joins Will's firm, and everyone seems to be playing it dirty.

In the preview of the upcoming episode, Whack-A-Mole, it appears that everybody's plotting and scheming against everybody else and nobody's playing by the rules.

The former Vegas star, O'Mara, will be playing a recurring role in the show as Colin, a wild-eyed Irish attorney who has spent a decade successfully defending gang members and crime families. Now he's looking for a home at a corporate law firm, like Lockhart/Gardner, where he clashes with the more conservative culture.

In the clip, Will offers Colin a job at the firm and Kalinda Sharma (Archie Panjabi) seems to be running a background check when she asks him if he has ever been arrested. Colin chooses not to answer that question.

In another scene Judge Kluger, who is played by recurring guest star Jeffrey Tambor, is secretly celebrating Alicia (Julianna Margulies) victory in an important case.

"Well, try to accept your victory without gloating Mrs. Florrick," he says while breaking into a smile.

In the last episode, The Next Month, guest star America Ferrera returned as Natalie, Eli's (Alan Cumming) love interest, and Will also seemed to be building a new romantic relationship with a new colleague, Isabelle, at work. After hearing that she was going to be fired Robyn (Jess Weixler) went to Kalinda, hoping to get her job back. Kalinda gave Robyn some very valuable advice in the episode.

Whack-A-Mole is scheduled to air on Nov. 24 at 8 p.m. E.T. on CBS.
