Lauren Odes, 29, says she was fired for being too busty and is suing her former employees who happen to be Orthodox Jewish owners. Odes was only hired in April as a data entry worker for a Garment District lingerie company, Native Intimates.

Odes, with help from celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred, has filed a gender and religious discrimination complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in New York.

She said in a press conference Monday that her supervisor continually told her to appear less sexy.

Odes told the Daily News: "When I was first told that I was too hot and that my breasts were too large, I was shocked. I thought that I was dressed appropriately every day for my job as a production assistant." She said her employers even asked her to tape down her breasts to make them look smaller and wear a bathrobe over her clothing.

She said at the press conference: "When I first started working there, I asked what the dress code was, and I was just told to look around and see what everyone else was wearing. So I did. The dress was very casual athletic wear to business attire." Odes said she tried simple T-shirts and jeggings, but was still told that her figure was "distracting" and while she went to shop for a new outfit, she was fired by management.

She was reportedly told by her employers that she was "too hot" for this office, according to the New York Post.

Native Intimates have no comment on the case as of yet.
