In a press junket earlier today, the fashion icon and actress visited various shows to discuss her new line of shoes. On The Wendy Williams Show, Parker debuted each style individually, in pop-up shop style presentation.
The idea for the line came to life with the help of Manolo Blahnik CEO George Malkemus, who was equally excited to get the shoes on the market. When asked what took so long to put out a line since Sex And The City stopped filming in 2004, Parker responded, "Finding the right partner good enough to make a quality shoe, good enough to ask people for their hard earned dollar." The shoes are reasonably priced on purpose, ranging from about $180 to $500 per pair.

Parker's strict upbringing inspired the signature strip of grosgrain on the back of each piece; the same material her mother made her wear in her hair everyday of her humble childhood.
The beaming actress displayed each shoe with pride, as if they were her own children during 5th grade show-and-tell. Each Italian-made shoe has a specific name and a mood-- Shoes like 'The Carrie' offer a bold, yet simple take on an everyday T-strap heel, while 'The Allison' offers an edgier, higher heel for summer events or dressy casual date nights.
Parker is committed to reintroducing effortless chic styles of various heels, flats, and sandals to the shoe world, telling Williams, "These are all about revisiting the single sole and how simplicity can be so gorgeous, instead of the platform."
On February 28th, fans will be able to view the shoe at an exclusive Nordstrom pop-up shop in New York City, until March 2nd. The pop-up shop will then move to various national cities, including Seattle, Chicago, Dallas, and Los Angeles.
