Kelly Clarkson revealed at the Academy of Country Music Awards on April 7 that The Voice judge Blake Shelton will both sing at and officiate her upcoming wedding to talent manager Brandon Blackstock.

The 30-year-old American Idol winner spoke of her wedding to Entertainment Tonight's Nancy O'Dell and mentioned Shelton's hand in the ceremony. The 36-year-old, who co-hosted the CMAs on Sunday, had a hand in Clarkson's engagement and told Hollyscoop in December 2012 that he was involved in getting Blackstock to propose in a timely manner.

"I told Brandon, man, you need to grow up and figure out that you need to marry this girl," he said at the time. "I am going on the record saying, I will do the music at the wedding or whatever you want to do, I'll be that guy. I will play for four hours if I have to, cause you need to get your head out of your ass and ask that girl to marry you."

Clarkson announced her engagement to Blackstock (Reba McEntire's stepson) on Dec. 15 via Twitter. She posted a picture of her canary yellow diamond engagement ring, which Blockstock helped design, with the following post:

"I wanted y'all to know! Happiest night of my life last night! I am so lucky and am with the greatest man ever."

This will be Clarkson's first marriage and Blackstock has two children from a previous marriage. The two currently live together in Nashville.

Clarkson performed Don't Rush at the annual Academy of Country Music Awards. She will take to the stage again where it all started - American Idol - on April 11. In February, Clarkson won a Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Album. She referenced her fellow nominees in her acceptance speech and also mentioned her fiance, whom she said, "is sexy tonight."
