You probably remember her from the song "Nobody Can Change Me," but her hair is an outlier. She decided that it's time, and who are her fans to begrudge her of a much-needed tranformation?

"Mayyyyy have done something todayyyy," the pop star captioned an Instagram video of someone snipping off her famous long blond ponytail on Wednesday. It's apparent that she meant she's letting her signature hair go.

In the video, Siwa gasps as her characteristic 'do is chopped, but the video stops short of presenting her final look. Fans in the comment section actually went wild wondering how short or how radical she'll go. People cannot believe she's making the decision to chop off her hair, since it is her high ponytail that people associate her the most - apart from her colorful outfits.

"Cool for the Summer" by Demi Lovato plays in the background as Siwa, 18, has a shorter, more sassy hairstyle in the video.

There were several startled replies from the teen's fans, including, "I NEED THE RESULTS I NEED," and, "EVERYONE SHUT UP, THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING THAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME IN MY LIFE SO FAR."

On Thursday, Siwa finally debuted her new pixie with chopped sides and longer hair on top, which she can wear in a variety of ways.

It was "down and curly" last time, but "up and back" this time, she wrote on Instagram. She wanted people to tell her what they think is going to look better on her. As far as she's concerned, she's still owning the look and trying to know which style would suit her best.

"It's going to be different every day, as I'm still learning how to do it. It's way different than long hair. It's crazy! But I'm obsessed," she said.

When she colored her hair brunette in June 2020, the former "Dance Moms" star startled fans with a dramatic hair change.

When it comes to her signature hairstyles, she's experimented with a more natural and relaxed look or various designs in recent years. It's only now that she has gone short.

Another sign of her being all grown up? Her ability to move on from a heartbreak and not be jaded about it. In fact, she alerted everyone by the end of March that she's in a very new relationship.

Siwa confirmed she was in a new relationship following her split with ex Kylie Prew.

"I am not single, and I don't want to mingle," Siwa, who recently celebrated her first year anniversary of coming out as gay, said on the "Rachel Uncensored" Podcast.
