On Wednesday, Glanville was on Twitter, where she was accused of being mean by a fan of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. In response, Glanville denied any such thing.

Glanville began appearing on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as a friend of the wives during season two. At the time, Glanville had been introduced to the women by full-time cast member, Adrienne Maloof, who has since left the series. Then, ahead of season three, Glanville was promoted to a full-time role, which she held until the end of season five.
In addition to her recent demotion, Glanville is also dealing with a lawsuit, which was filed against her earlier this year by Joanna Krupa. In the suit, Krupa claimed Glanville has defamed her by falsely claiming her lady parts are smelly, and alleging she slept with Mohamed Hadid during his marriage to Yolanda Foster.
