Tamra Barney has spoken out against claims made by Brandi Glanville earlier this week.

Although the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star proclaimed her doubt in Barney's loyalty to Meghan King Edmonds after reading a few of her tweets on Monday night, Barney insists any seemingly mean comments were only said in a joking manner.

On Monday night, Vicki Gunvalson questioned Edmonds' motive for marrying Jim Edmonds, as well as her decision to leave her career behind, and as the episode played out, it was reported that Barney had made a joke about Edmonds being a "gold digger." Right away, Glanville called her out on Twitter, telling Edmonds she should watch her back.

Edmonds, however, appeared unconcerned, and quickly tweeted back to Glanville, claiming she and Barney were good friends.
