Bobbi Kristina Brown 2015: Will Nick Gordon's Friend Help Prosecutors Charge Him With Involuntary Manslaughter? [VIDEO]
As Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death is investigated as a homicide, police are hoping the friend who discovered Bobbi Kristina will help them find out what really happened the morning of Jan. 31 and if her longtime boyfriend Nick Gordon had anything to do with it.
According to TMZ, authorities are looking to charge Gordon with involuntary manslaughter but need Max Lomas’s help. Lomas is the friend who found Bobbi Kristina unconscious in her bathtub in Roswell, Ga earlier this year.
After six months of a deteriorating health condition, she passed away less than a week ago.

While police still aren’t clear on Gordon’s alleged involvement, they are trying to get him on the accusation that he set up a time to get drugs for Bobbi Kristina on that fateful day. He has already said that they were both doing drugs just hours before. Still, the autopsy does not point any signs at foul play and even if the toxicology reports do show that she was on drugs, it won’t be able to prove who actually bought them. That’s where Lomas comes in.
He’s already in trouble with the law for an unrelated incident involving drugs. So he could be offered some sort of deal as to what happened that morning. Prosecutors look to take the angle that Gordon was well aware of Bobbi Kristina’s struggle with drugs and knew he would at one point become unconscious. Knowing this, prosecutors are said to be planning to point out that Gordon allowed her to get to that point in the bathtub.
