Believe it or not, it looks like LeAnn Rimes might be having a comeback. The former chart topper hasn't had a hit in years but is making a big time effort to win her fans back in her latest tour, which is taking her from Coast to Coast.

In a new interview with the Frederick News Post, Rimes is opening up about making music she enjoys again with British singer and songwriter David Gray and what she would say if she could turn back time.

Of her collaboration with Gray, the 32-year-old tabloid target said, "I'm enjoying music again. I needed a "person that has the same vision and believes in what you're doing now."

When asked what she would tell her 11-year-old self if she had the opportunity to do so, Rimes replied with, "This sounds like therapy. ... I think it would be trust yourself, trust your gut instinct. I'm learning what gut instinct means. I've always had it but now that I'm older I'm more in tune with it."

She added, "(At 13) I was in this world where everybody was older than me. I would tell her) to tune into that instinct and to really speak up when your gut instinct tells you."

Rimes also said that while she enjoys being on the road, she also has to schedule her tour around her family obligations, which includes her husband Eddie Cibrian and his two sons, Mason and Jake, from his previous marriage to Brandi Glanville.

She said, "I do about 50 to 60 shows a year now. That is pretty chill, actually. Now, with having a family, there are so many different things to do."
