Kim Richards Arrested For Shoplifting At Target, Monty Brinson Responds
On Sunday, the former star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, who was a successful child actress in the 1970s, was arrested at a Target store in Los Angeles, and charged with petty theft after allegedly shoplifting more than 100 items.
"No one understands what she's doing," a source told PEOPLE Magazine on Tuesday, adding that Richards is no longer speaking to her younger sister, Kyle. "Her family is so concerned. And they're fed up. She's cut herself off from friends and family who care about her."

According to the report, Richards has been "bouncing around" from house to house as she attempts to find a permanent residence after leaving rehab last month.
"She moved out of her old place and put her things in storage before she was arrested," explained the source. "She didn't have a chance to find a new place."
The source went on to claim Richards, who was once well-off, as fans of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills have seen, "mismanaged her money," leading to her current financial state.
"She is wrecking her life. But she won't accept any responsibility for it," the source added.
In the last several months, Richards has been arrested twice, once for public intoxication and a slew of other charges, and a second time for her reported petty theft at Target.
Richards is not expected to return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for season six.
