The summer of shocking and upsetting celebrity divorces has continued with perhaps the biggest stunner yet-Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale!
The No Doubt and Bush rockers announced their shocking decision to split earlier this week, shocking their fans who believed the couple's 13-year marriage was rock solid-and eliminating hopes some of them had that they too could find potential love.

However, despite the shock the news has given fans, it appears the couple was going through problems for some time, and that the split was just a matter of time-and Stefani, despite being the one to file, was devastated after her prior efforts to make things work failed.
"Of course Gwen is upset," sources said. "She really gave it her all and tried to make it work as hard as she could for years. She was in love with him and they had the family she always dreamed of."
The couple is reportedly filing for shared custody of their three sons, Kingston, 9, Zuma, 6, and Apollo, 17 months.
