This one is from her estate as they outline specific details on what they believe Gordon did to Brown to lead to her getting brain damage and eventually passing away. According to the documents updated earlier this week, Gordon is accused of giving the 22-year-old a “toxic cocktail” to knock her unconscious. It is suing Gordon for $10 million for wrongful death.
While Gordon has yet to be charged for responsibility with Bobbi Kristina’s death, it looks like her family wants him to pay somehow.

But Gordon’s lawyers are making it clear that he is being falsely accused.
“Nick has been heartbroken and destroyed over the loss of his love and it’s shameful that such baseless allegations have been presented publicly. Nick has engaged civil counsel and intends to defend the lawsuit vigorously and expose it for what it is: a fictitious assault against the person who loved Krissy the most.”
The lawsuit also claims that Gordon abused Bobbi Kristina throughout their relationship.
The most recent was just days before Bobbi Kristina being found unconscious in her bathtub on Jan. 31. For that one, Gordon is accused of knocking Bobbi Kristina to the floor and even knocking out her teeth. He then “demanded” her to go up the stairs, but she couldn’t because “she could not stand up” so Gordon allegedly dragged her by her hair.
