Song of Summer 2015: Fifth Harmony Vs Fetty Wap, Taylor Swift Vs Pia Mia, Tove Lo Vs Demi Lovato & More [POLLS, VIDEOS]
The summer is still sizzling and the polls are officially open for the first heat of Round 1 in the Enstars Readers' Choice Song of Summer 2015 Tournament!
The Heat 1 contenders with their respective polls are below. Voting will close in a week.
"Worth It" - Fifth Harmony featuring Kid Ink vs. "Trap Queen" - Fetty Wap
"Worth It" is that fierce in-your-face summer jam!
But "Trap Queen" is full of flare, making you want to break out into a sing-along whenever the beat for it drops.
Vote:
"Somebody" - Natalie La Rose featuring Jeremih vs. "Around the World" - Natalie La Rose featuring Fetty Wap
"Somebody" is definitely a great party jam, which is perfect for summer.
However, La Rose's latest single, "Around the World," has this summer vibe for vacationing everywhere imaginable.
Vote:"Black Magic" - Little Mix vs. "Can't Feel My Face" - The Weeknd
Little Mix has shifted their sound from R&B influences to enchanting bubblegum pop with "Black Magic" that we think they put a spell on us.
"Can't Feel My Face" is just as charming though.
Vote:
"Bad Blood" - Taylor Swift featuring Kendrick Lamar vs. "Do It Again" - Pia Mia featuring Chris Brown and Tyga
"Bad Blood" is a seriously bad*** collaboration, bringing a different kind of ferocity to Swift that we're totally down with.
While Pia Mia's collaboration is much more cheery. It is just as awesome though since she has Tyga and Breezy on the track with her.
Vote:"Shut Up and Dance" - WALK THE MOON vs. "Kiss Me Quick" - Nathan Sykes
"Shut Up and Dance" has easily taken over the radio given its infectious beat and lyrics.
Sykes can certainly give WALK THE MOON some serious competition though since "Kiss Me Quick" is just as infectious.
Vote:
"Talking Body" - Tove Lo vs. "Cool for the Summer" - Demi Lovato
"Talking Body" is quite the provocative track, which is definitely meant to play for some dancing in the clubs.
Lovato's "Cool for the Summer" is pretty up there in the provocative nature though too! It's possibly a tad sweeter though depending upon perception.
Vote:"Hey Mama" - David Guetta featuring Nicki Minaj, Bebe Rexha and Afrojack vs. "Want to Want Me" - Jason Derulo
"Hey Mama" is very much a summery song with its catchy chorus and island-sound.
But Derulo has struck gold with his infectious feel-good jam.
Vote:
"Honey, I'm Good" - Andy Grammer vs. "Sweet Little Something" - Forever In Your Mind featuring Jordyn Jones
Grammer really kept it real with "Honey, I'm Good," which is probably only part of the reason why it has been so successful.
FIYM and Jones also kept it real with their crushable love song. It really is the sweetest thing ever!
