Caitlyn Jenner is being criticized for being her poor parenting skills all because of a message she went to her daughter Kylie Jenner on her 18th birthday. Fans are slamming the transgender star for saying that her "work is done" now that her youngest daughter is officially an adult.

Caitlyn shared a photo of Kylie blowing out candles on her birthday and captioned it with, "Happy birthday to my little angel ‪@KylieJenner. Officially my last adult, my work is done. Love you, proud of you!"

Fans almost immediately blasted Caitlyn for her comment, telling her that she's a parent who is neglecting her children when they need them the most, especially Kylie, who hasn't had a stable adult figure in her life these past few years.

One Twitter follower wrote, "Caitlyn your work is far from done. She is still your daughter and you still need to teach her a couple of things," while another wrote, "True, Caitlyn needs to stop thinking about herself and continue being a dad to her kids."

Another critic wrote, "This poor child never had a chance with her narcissistic parents. They have only thought about their own needs and not hers. And if that is the message from Jenner, then the point has been proven. Such a shame. Someone needs to inform Jenner that the work is never done."

Kylie has been heavily criticized in the media for her relationship with her boyfriend, 25-year-old rapper and father Tyga, and for supposedly using plastic surgery to enhance her looks, which she has denied.

So far Caitlyn hasn't responded to the criticism.
