Ciara News 2015: How Did The Celebrity Mom Shed 60 Pounds In Four Months? [VIDEO]
There's a good reason why Ciara has one of the hottest bodies in the business, and she credits it all to her personal trainer and a very strict diet. The chart topper opens up about how she managed to lose 60 pounds after giving birth to her son Future Zahir Wilburn in May of last year.
According to Page Six on Monday, Ciara, who shares her son with her ex-fiance Future, admits that it took a very strict diet to shed off the pounds in less than four months. But even then she doesn't mind splurging on some of her favorite food as well.
She said, "When I'm on a strict eating regimen, at some point I have to have French fries, a cheeseburger and some pizza. And Oreos and vanilla ice cream!"
Still, Ciara had enough will power to get back into pre-baby shape and look her best in years.
"I would go to Gunnar [Peterson] first for my one-hour training session, then I'd have two more cardio sessions later in the day," she revealed. "That, along with a really clean eating plan, was how I lost 60 pounds in four months. It was a very intense program, and I was extremely focused on it."
Ciara is currently dating Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson.
