It's been about four months since Jessica Biel gave birth to her first child, and now she's giving recommendations for other moms-to-be.

On Wednesday, the actress took to Twitter to post an Amazon link for a book titled The Mindful Mom-To-Be.

The link shows the cover of the book with a drawing of a pregnant woman sitting with her legs crossed and hands together in a meditation pose. According to Biel's tweet, this book likely has good ways on staying healthy and happy during pregnancy all the way to the delivery of the baby.

The summary of the book says, "Pregnancy coach Lori Bregman guides you in your journey toward motherhood by empowering you to find what works best for you and your baby. In addition to concrete, prescriptive health information, including nutritional advice, natural remedies, developmental milestones, and techniques for labor, she offers a simple and enjoyable spiritual and emotional exercises to help you prepare for motherhood."

Meanwhile, Biel became a mom in April when she had her son, Silas. The child's father is the actress's husband, Justin Timberlake.

In June, Timberlake's friend and former Nsync group member Lance Bass dished to OK! on how the pop star is doing as a father.

"I just talked to Justin the other day, he is so happy right now," Bass said. "It's so nice to see- he's a family man anyway, you know."
