Bobbi Kristina Brown Update: Longtime Friend On Nick Gordon, 'She Couldn't See Past Him' [VIDEO]
Despite her estate trying to sue him for “wrongful death”, one of Bobbi Kristina Brown’s close family friends said she was extremely excited about tying the knot with Nick Gordon. Still, they can’t deny the dangerous relationship the two had before she passed away last month.

The family insider, whose name is Sammy Tawil, has been friends with Bobbi Kristina for more than 20 years and knew her for much of her life.
He said recently, “She’s like a daughter to me. I never saw her do drugs, maybe she knew better not to in front of me.”
Tawil added that he took it as his duty to balance out of her rocky life with a bit of “normalcy.”
Still, her relationship with Gordon was much different than the other areas of her life.
“When she was with Nick, she couldn’t see past him. That was the only way she was vulnerable. She’d show us the ring and say, ‘we’re going to get married in the Hamptons.”
Given that, Tawil said he doesn’t believe that Gordon was involved Brown’s tragic death.
“I’m 99 percent convinced he didn’t intentionally hurt her. I don’t think he would ever kill Krissi. I’d be shocked. If any evidence came out that he touched her, I’d be shocked and devastated.”
Tawil is the latest to speak out after Bobbi Kristina died on July 26. She was found unconscious and facedown in her bathtub of the home she and Gordon shared together on Jan. 31. Her estate has filed a “wrongful” death lawsuit that reveals they believe Gordon is responsible for the incident. Gordon’s lawyers have shut down the claims and said they are completely false.
