More trouble for Love & Hip Hop Atlanta's Lil Scrappy and Erica Dixon as their legal matters with one another gets worse for him.

Lil Scrappy Airs Dirty Laundry About Erica Dixon ‘She Lied To The Police’

It has been confirmed that a judge ordered Lil Scrappy to steer clear of Dixon in a “family violence” case. Lil Scrappy can’t come within 100 yards of Dixon for an entire year after she accused him of violently attacking her.

She stated in the documents that he “aggressively attempted to attack me and had to be restrained on several occasions.”

She implied that the incident took place while they were taping for Love & Hip Hop Atlanta.

“During a scheduled work related filming, the respondent became enraged during a conversation while attempting to attack me and further throwing an object at me.”

Dixon and Lil Scrappy have been going at it this season over child support for their 10-year-old daughter Emani. Dixon said that Lil Scrappy owes more than $45,000 in back child support. They’ve even gone to court over the matter. As a result of the protective order, Dixon will have temporary custody of the child.

Lil Scrappy, whose real name is Darryl Richardson, also has to sign up for a “family intervention program” within the next three weeks as Dixon is concerned about her ex-fiancé’s next step.

“Although we meet to exchange custody of our daughter, I am extremely uncomfortable doing so after his erratic behavior.”

She said she’s even afraid that he’ll find out where she lives.

See their storyline on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Mondays at 8/7c on VH1.
