According to a new report, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star, whose wife is currently serviing a 15-month term at the Federal Correctional Facility in Danbury, Conn., was on vacation, when things between himself and his oldest daughter, 14-year-old Gia, became tense.
"Police were called to Joe Giudice's beach house in New Jersey on Saturday after an argument with a neighbor got out of control," TMZ reported on Sunday. "Gia was locked out of the house and trying to get in for several minutes. Once Joe finally let her inside, he could be heard screaming at Gia from the backyard ... that's when a neighbor stepped in."

TMZ claimed the neighbor heard the fight and approached Giudice's home, leading to a yelling match between herself and Giudice. According to TMZ's source, the neighbor was heard yelling, "This guy is crazy, he's dangerous, call the cops."
Once police arrived to Giudice's home, his daughters were allegedly "begging" the cops not to arrest their father before the argument was ultimately settled.
TMZ contacted Giudice's rep in regard to the incident, and were told the argument began after the neighbor felt it was inappropriate for Giudice's daughters to be partying with him at the home.
Teresa Giudice will be released from prison on Dec. 23.
