Both of the country superstars-who announced they were divorcing after four years of marriage and 10 years as a couple last month, took to social media over the weekend to share images which seem to show them both happy and in a good state, despite their marriage ending.
Shelton took to his Twitter account on August 14 to show off his new love, who was giving him a 'little tongue action'--his dog.

"Getting a little tongue action from my girl," Shelton captioned a selfie of himself and the dog, who sits next to him and licks his cheek.
Meanwhile, Lambert had a fun night of her own, even calling her night out with fellow musician Ashley Monroe a date night in a photo she posted to Instagram.
"I feel like I'm on to something good... @ashleymonroemusic #datenight," she captioned a photo of the two as they made faces at the camera.
The photos seem to show that both the singers are in a good place following their divorce announcement, which shocked their fan base. Reports quickly began to surface which claimed both had cheated during their marriage, but the two have appeared to remain friendly despite the allegations.
However, things could still be heating up, as Shelton is reportedly filing a lawsuit against In Touch Magazine for printing a story about his allegedly having an affair with country singer Cady Groves, who was the source for the story.
According to Shelton's attorneys, the story is completely fabricated and is fueled by Groves' "infatuation" with the singer.
