This week in Genoa City on The Young and the Restless it seems as though answers will finally be shared in terms of if Cane (Daniel Goddard) can forgive Lily (Christel Khalil), if Neil (Kristoff St. John) will get revenge or not on Hilary (Mishael Morgan) and Devon (Bryton James) and what the fate of Detective Harding (Chris L. McKenna) will pan out to be.

'The Young and the Restless' Got Mishael Morgan A Body Double, But Why?

In the sneak peek clip teasing the week's worth of episodes of this CBS soap, it looks like Kevin (Greg Rikaart) has Dylan (Steve Burton) on his side about believing Detective Harding is connected to Marco (Peter Bergman) and the murders.

"He's gotta be stopped," Dylan reveals just as a clip is shown of Paul (Doug Davidson) declaring, "Drop the gun," while pointing his own gun at the suspect who is most likely Detective Harding.

Will Marco's Plan To Kill Jack On 'The Young and the Restless' Be Successful?

That aside, Lily and Cane are still struggling with mending their severely broken relationship. In the teaser, Lily asks Cane if he's capable of forgiving her now.

"You weren't ready to forgive me. Are you ready now?" she asks him, but he doesn't look like he'll be able to move forward from her infidelity with Joe (Scott Elrod).

Lastly in the teaser, Neil looks to be finally getting his revenge on Hilary. It looks as though they're hiking together and Neil is hellbent on having her watch a video on his phone involving Devon. It's probably the video from his bachelor party that holds little to no truth since he was drugged and never actually slept with any of the girls Colin (Tristan Rogers) brought around.

Neil looks livid and Mishael Morgan was issued a body double so is it possible that Neil would push Hilary? She is supposed to get written out since Morgan is taking maternity leave.

Then in the episode airing today, Aug. 18, it seems as though Ashley (Eileen Davidson), Billy (Burgess Jenkins) and Paul are all catching on to how messed up things have actually been with Jack (also portrayed by Bergman).

Ashley and Billy know Jack is lying about something, but they don't know what. Plus, Paul is trying to understand why Victor (Eric Braeden) shot him in the park and why he now has "a notorious drug lord" trying to kill him.

With this entire ordeal happening you would think Marisa (Sofia Pernas) would come forth and share that Marco and Jack look exactly the same, but instead of trying to do the right thing, she runs to Marco. According to Soaps, Marisa will go to Abbott cabin where Marco is and despite him pointing a gun at her she'll wind up kissing him.

The Young and the Restless airs on weekdays at 12:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
