Miranda Simms is currently expecting her first child with Corey Simms, and according to reports, that child is a boy.

This week on Twitter, the Teen Mom 2 star was hit with a couple of rumors regarding her child, which she quickly laughed off with a friend. Regarding news of a baby boy, who would be named Aaron, Simms shared the following tweet:

While Simms didn't exactly deny the gender of her child, nor did she directly deny the possible name, her tweet seems to hint that there was simply no truth to the report.

Also on Twitter this week, Simms re-tweeted a message about pregnancy.

In addition to the new baby, Simms acts as step-mom to her husband's twin girls, Ali and Aleeah, 5, whose mother is Leah Messer, Corey's first wife. As fans of Teen Mom 2 have seen, the Simms have been fighting for custody of the two girls for the last several months, claiming their mother is an "unfit" parent, who often gets their children to school late, or not at all.
