Brooks Ayers Plans For New Cancer Treatment
After Monday's episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County aired, Beador took to her blog, to explain her frustrations with Vicki Gunvalson's then-boyfriend.
"I want the best for Brooks and his recovery," Beador began in her Bravo blog. "You can see that I am frustrated he didn't take the time to meet with the doctor I referred, who mixes western and eastern medicine when treating cancer. Of course it's his decision on which doctor to choose, I was just hoping he would explore all options when coming up with his treatment plan. His new proposed regimen sounds almost too good to be true, but I am hopeful for him that it will work."
Psychic Claims Brooks Ayers 'Does Not Have Cancer' On 'RHOC' [Report]
During the episode, Ayers announced he would be forgoing his upcoming chemotherapy treatment in lieu of a more conventional approach, a blast of antioxidants, which had been presented to him by a cancer survivor. Also during the show, Ayers was targeted by a psychic, who claimed he did not see any cancer during a reading with Meghan King Edmonds, Tamra Barney and Heather Dubrow.
"I think it is irresponsible to insinuate that someone doesn't have an illness, especially cancer, based on a psychic reading," Beador said of Edmonds' decision to relay the information to others. "I am even more upset Meghan has put me in the position where I know this outrageous and hurtful information and am about to celebrate Brooks' birthday."
