Subway released a statement on the situation where it was said that they are no longer connected with their spokesman:
"We have already ended our relationship with Jared and have no further comment."
Last July, Fogle's home was raided when a child pornography investigation was happening, and DVDs and computers were taken out of his home.
The former Subway spokesman started the Jared Foundation where its former director, Russell Taylor, was arrested in a similar case. There was a reportedly a search in his home where more than 500 videos and images of child pornography were apparently found. He was taken behind bars where he tried to commit suicide, but failed.
In a post from Mirror, one of the spokespeople for Subway revealed how bizarre the situation with Fogle is.
"We are shocked about the news and believe it is related to a prior investigation of a former Jared Foundation employee," the statement reads. "We are very concerned and will be monitoring the situation closely. We don't have any more details at this point."
