Earlier this month, Foster underwent breast implant removal surgery after a doctor in Cleveland, Ohio discovered one of her 20-year-old implants was leaking, and likely causing her Lyme disease symptoms to be worse than they'd normally be.

Also on Sunday, along with a second photo of herself on the beach, Foster told fans she was "reflecting, embracing and learning to love my authentic self...... #1964 #StrippedAway #MyHealthJourney #ConnectedToTheEarth #ItsAGoodMorning."

Foster was diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2012, around the time she joined the Bravo reality show, and throughout her time with the network, she's been open about her struggles.

PEOPLE Magazine reported news of Foster leaving The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after three seasons with the series earlier this week.
