Lindsay Lohan Hasn't Thanked Charlie Sheen For $100,000
Lindsay Lohan got some big help from Charlie Sheen when the IRS descended upon her to collect her debts, but she still hasn't thanked him.
Sheen told Entertainment Tonight in an interview that he hasn't received any thanks from Lohan after he loaned her $100,000 to put toward her tax debt from 2009, 2010 and 2011.
"I'm still waiting for a text to say thank you," Sheen said. "Anything, anything, you know?"
The former "Two and a Half Men" star added that he decided to help Lohan out because her employers from a previous job had "shorted" her and not given her the money they owed.
"They owed her money, didn't pay her, so I took care of it," he said.
Lohan's latest problem is that she can't find the money to pay the $8,000 per month rent on the Beverly Hills mansion where she is living, according to a report from TMZ.
Lindsay has reporetdly been scraping together to pay her $8,000 rent. "We're told Lindsay signed the lease on the home back in February ... when her career was on the upswing and the money seemed to be rolling in," TMZ reported. "But according to our sources, when Lindsay's finances took a turn for the worse ... she began doing whatever she could to make rent each month, often hitting up friends for money."
When she realized she couldn't afford the house, Lohan tried to end her occupancy early, but the owners of the home informed her that "the penalty for breaking the lease was massive."
Lohan is totally clueless about how she can get herself out of the hole, according to a report from The Huffington Post.
"Her finances are in a mess," a source said. "She lives very large, staying at the best hotels and traveling first class. All the money she earns she spends, and then when it comes to taxes, she has nothing left. Right now, she is desperate to find a paying gig to just get this burden off her back."
