For all the stern looks and the intriguing life-threatening predicaments the BAU member face on screen, it is a relief to see them laughing it up when the cameras are out.

JJ's Husband Will To Return In Season 11?

New behind-the-scenes stills from the filming of season 11 of Criminal Minds show that this cast is pretty into taking selfies, and beaming smiles follow a take that might have involved some hacked up limbs and perverse serial killer. In the most recent picture, posted by Matthew Gray Gubler, who plays Dr. Reid, him, Thomas Gibson (Hotch) and Shemar Moore (Derek Morgan) show off their perfect teeth lines:

Then there is always the occasional picture featuring the new lady star on the series, Aisha Tyler. The Criminal Minds Set_Report Twitter account posted an image of Tyler looking stunning wearing short hair and a red shirt with a flared collar, paired with a black jacket:

Previously Set_Report brought us an image of Joe Mantegna, who plays David Rossi, in the director's chair.

The most intriguing still from filming of season 11 of Criminal Minds to have been revealed so far was one hinting at a villain from the next chapter.

In the image -- posted via the Set_Report Twitter page of the show -- a ghoulish looking figure with his face painted white and black is seen. The indistinguishable actor playing the part is seen smiling while pulling a thumbs-up gesture. The picture, which was posted on the "CM_SetReport" Twitter account for the show, also drops a cryptic question:

"What's black and white and red all over?"

Keep those hints coming.

Season 11 will premiere on Sept. 30 on CBS.
