Television anchors don't have a lot of time to kill between commercial breaks, but some use it as a time for a dance break.

Tia Ewing, a Fox anchor in Sacramento, Calif., was caught dancing during a cut to commercials.

The Fox 40 anchor was working an early morning show at 4:15 a.m. when the mood came over her to take her tablet in hand and get down to shaking some moves in the studio.

Her song of choice was "Single Ladies" by Beyonce to which she flashed her ring finger and lip-synced to the lyrics.

The anchor apparently wasn't aware that the camera was still filming her having a good time.

"I gotta get it where I can get it," Ewing explained to her co-workers on-air in a later segment, according to Yahoo News. "I just didn't know the camera was rolling."

Ewing decided to share the clip with the rest of the world and posted it on Youtube on Friday, Dec. 7.

"Having a little fun on the morning show," the video's description reads. "I mean, it is 4:30am."

Since then the video of her dance moves has gone viral and may lead to the Sacramento anchor becoming and internet sensation.

The video has sparked other people to comment that the Fox anchor's dance moves are contagious along with the song.

One comment summed up much of Ewing's fanfare saying, "Girlfriend got some moves! Dance on, darlin'!"

Fans of Ewing can also leave comments for her on her Twitter account.

If dancing is what it takes to stay that chipper in the early morning, then maybe her viewers will put down the pots of coffee and do their own little dances to get the blood moving.
