'The Fosters' Season 3 Spoilers: Actress Dishes On Jesus's Replacement, & Stef & Lena's 'Boiling Point' [VIDEO]
There's a lot that fans can expect on The Fosters this season, one of them including a new Jesus.
Chatter On Jude & Connor's Relationship On 'The Fosters'
On Monday, Variety posted an interview with Sherri Saum who plays Lena on the ABC Family drama. When she was asked about the replacement for Jake T. Austin as Jesus, Saum said that new guy Noah Centineo is a joy to work with.
"He's adorable. I just want to take a spoon and just eat him up. He's just lovely!" Saum said. "And it's really hard for an actor to come into someone else's role and to face all the haters and people who might not be ready to see a different face. But you know, people are savvy and they know that things happen and sometimes a recast is necessary for whatever reason. And he is just divine. I love this kid, he's great."

Saum then revealed what she would like to see happen for her character as the series continues its heartfelt story. For the most part, she would like things to patch up for Lena and Stef since their communication has been off.
"I would like to see Lena accomplish some steady consistent communication with her wife that's alluded us so far," the actress said. "Things have really come to a head with our marriage on the show because, like in life, you neglect your partner, you are going to fall victim to a lot of temptations and a lot of things that can erode your marriage. So we are at that boiling point right now, I'm very excited to see how the writers are going to pull us through."

The Fosters is expected to return this winter on ABC Family.
