After months of casting rumors have circulated about who is going to star in this season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, it looks like the truth has finally been revealed about whether Claudia Jordan will return.

Jordan, who was rumored to be fired a couple of months ago, is indeed returning to the Bravo series. However, it doesn’t look like she’ll be a full-time cast member holding her peach this time around.

While she wasn’t given the entire axe, she has been demoted to a friend of Kenya Moore’s for the show.

Jordan is said to be supporting Moore as Moore continues her venture for her haircare line. Moore is also dating a man named Eugene Casciaro, so Jordan could be there as a friend for Moore in that part of her storyline as well. House of Payne actress Demetria McKinney, who made a few appearances last season, is also slated for a return.

Jordan also confirmed back at the Essence Festival in July that she would be coming back to the series. She did admit that she hadn’t received her official contract just yet, but she reminded fans that she didn't sign her contract for the last season until a month before the network announced that she would be joining the show. So Jordan isn’t too worried about her role this season.

Also returning this season is Cynthia Bailey, Phaedra Parks and Kenya Moore. Interestingly enough, Porsha Williams is rumored to be coming back as a full-time cast member after Jordan replaced her last season. Sheree Whitfield and Marlo Hampton are returning and actress Kim Fields is also making her reality TV debut.
