Lucy Liu is a mom.

On Thursday, the 46-year-old Charlies Angels actress took to her Instagram account, where she revealed her exciting baby news, along with an announcement about the child's name and his first photo.

"Introducing the new little man in my life, my son Rockwell Lloyd Liu," Liu wrote in the caption of a photo which featured her holding her new son.

"I can confirm that Lucy Liu is the proud mother of Rockwell Lloyd Liu, brought into the world via gestational carrier," a rep for Liu told Us Weekly on Thursday. "Mom and baby are healthy and happy."

Liu has been infamously private about her personal life, but was linked most recently to Noam Gottesman, an Israeli-American hedge-fund billionaire. One year ago, nearly four years into their relationship, Page Six reported Gottesman had hired 24/7 security for Liu.

"He has Israeli bodyguards follow her around,” a source told the site, adding the couple didn't go out in public very often.

"Gottesman invested in the record company of Lyor Cohen, the former Warner Music chief, and lives near him on Jane Street, where Gottesman bought an old factory for $34 million and tore it down to build a 12,000-square-foot mansion," Page Six reported of Gottesman. "He also owns an estate in Hampshire, England, where he’s reportedly hosted the likes of Beyoncé and Jay Z."

Liu has also been linked to George Clooney, Zach Helm and Will McCormack in recent years.
