Kim Richards won't get jail time for her drunken behavior at the Beverly Hills Hotel in April.

On Monday, TMZ reported the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star had agreed to a plea deal just four months after she was arrested and charged with public intoxication, trespassing, resisting an officer and battery on an officer.

"No more fab brunches for Kim Richards at the Beverly Hills Hotel -- but she also won't be dining in county jail ... after striking a plea deal for her drunken arrest," the site reported. "Prosecutors offered the following deal in court this morning: 3 years probation, 52 AA classes, and 30 days community labor."

According to the report, Richards was not in court at the time the deal was made.

Although Richards, who was allegedly fired from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after suffering an alcohol arrest earlier this year, won't do jail time, she will be required to complete community service -- as long as it isn't too physical.

"Her attorney says Kim can't do labor tasks -- such as freeway cleanup duty -- due to a foot injury," TMZ claimed. "Prosecutors said Kim needs medical docs to back up her foot claim. If both sides can hammer out that part of the deal by Sept. 14 ... she'll avoid making another trip to jail."

Richards has also been banned from the Beverly Hills Hotel.
