Back in July the boy band launched this campaign since they want their fans' voices to be heard.
Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson are ready for the upcoming summit that is taking place this month amongst world leaders, in which they will gather to discuss important issues that affect many people on a daily basis, including poverty.

Through Action/1D's launch, the band gathered many contributions from fans stating how they hope the world will be in the future and more. The film they wanted to create with these contributions is finally here, which they are really "proud" of.
You can watch Dear World Leaders below, which includes contributions from fans all over the world, including countries such as Russia, New Zealand and Colombia.
The boy band opens the video while sitting down on a couch.
"Dear World Leaders, we asked our amazing fans what sort of world they wanted to live in in the future," Payne revealed, adding the response was in the thousands.
"They were thoughtful, creative and above all very passionate," Styles shared of their many contributions.
Tomlinson then transitioned into showing what the fans had to say about their world's future.
"[W]e couldn't have done Action 1D without ya," Horan declared on Twitter.
Payne shared a "thank you" for every single soul involved in the creation of the film.
Tomlinson shared similar sentiments as Horan, echoing the fact that they "couldn't have done it" on their own.
