There were many great summer jams included in the category, but it was truly a head-to-head match between Harmonizers and the 5SOSFAM.
The ladies of 5H made it very clear on Twitter that they are not upset about losing to the pop/punk rockers at all and some of their less gracious fans should take notes.

A fan of 5 Seconds of Summer pointed out how rude some Harmonizers were being over the loss, but Ashton Irwin dished that those individuals aren't even "#worthit".
Despite some hard feelings harbored by certain fans within the girl group's fandom, Lauren Jauregui, Camila Cabello, Dinah Jane Hansen, Normani Kordei Hamilton and Ally Brooke Hernandez had some wise words for all of their fans. "[I]f you all go as hard in your own lives as you do for ours, we are UNSTOPPABLE," the group tweeted.
Harmonizers truly are some of the most passionate fans around! Cabello reiterated on her own Twitter just how amazing the Harmonizers are, gushing, "[N]o award that we lose will ever change how magical you guys are to us."
She even personally congratulated the Australian band and their fandom showing how kind she is.
She went right back to gushing over the Harmonizers then, deeming, the mushiest statement ever in that the fans themselves are "THE BEST PRIZE."
Hansen also sent a congratulatory tweet to 5SOS and their fans aside from thanking her own fans for their undying support throughout the vigorous voting process.
Jauregui and Hernandez also got pretty mushy as they sent love to their own fans.
Jauregui shared similar sentiments as Cabello as she tweeted, "Your love is the best award (so cheesy but I mean it so hard)."
Hernandez gushed over the Harmonizers just as much and even congratulated 5SOS' fans for being "CRAZY TALENTED" when it comes to voting the way they did.
It's abundantly clear that the girl group really is perfectly fine with not earning that Moonman and they are so gracious for the support they have and show the best sportsmanship.
