Colm Feore is joining season 4 of House of Cards, according to Deadline report.

Michael Kelly Dishes About Doug's Rumored Exit In Season 4

Very little if known about the part Feore, best known for his work in HBO's Utopia, is going to be playing. The report reveals that her will be portraying a high profile character in the White House. It is not known if he will be a collaborator of Frank (Kevin Spacey) or a threatening figure for the president.

The other major cast addition to season 4 has been Neve Campbell. Deadline had hinted that Cambell's character might rival Frank in the next chapter. This fits in with another spoiler relating to a younger power couple being introduced in the Netflix political drama. Could Campbell's character be one half of this power couple? We also wonder if Feore's character might align with her interests.

Showrunner Responds To Criticism Of Rachel's Murder On House of Cards

In other show related news President Frank Underwood will be hitting some new depths of baseness in season 4 ofHouse of Cards, if we are to take a hint from writer Michael Dobbs.

Dobbs, who is the author of the original book that the British television show was based on, reveals that there will be no abating the vile acts as the U.S. show progresses. Ecumenical news sourced the author's quotes on what lies ahead for Netflix's House of Cards. "the forthcoming season will feature more wickedness" with more "Machiavellian scheming."

In fact it seems like Claire (Robin Wright) is not quite done with cruel games yet, even though the season 3 finale suggested otherise. Worse still, she might continue to keep the facade of marriage with Frank.

Recent reports speculate a very different turn of events in season 4 of House of Cards for the marriage of Frank and Claire.

Most had assumed that Frank and Claire had called it quits in the finale of season 3 of the Netflix political drama, and that, predictably, in the next chapter Claire was going to be on the war path against her former spouse. This had made logical sense up until now but new reports have set astir a rumor about things playing out rather differently.

Season 4 is set to return in 2016.
